I’m Simon Lavanchy, founder of The Lavanchy Group.

My expertise lies in high-performance coaching and leadership consulting, helping individuals and organizations excel.

I have over 20 years of experience in high-performance environments spanning business and sports. I hold a Master of Science in Management and currently serve in a global marketing role at Nestlé Nespresso S.A.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked with various leading multinational FMCG companies across two continents, gaining deep insights into leadership and organizational excellence. At the same time, I helped athletes perform when it mattered most.

My professional journey also includes roles in banking and education, as well as various leadership positions in sports, such as Head of Delegation for international championships, Junior National Coach and lecturer with the Swiss Athletics Federation.

I’m driven by a passion for performance and the mindset it takes to achieve extraordinary goals. My credentials include four professional diplomas, including a national high-performance sports coaching diploma, a Cambridge English teaching certificate, a banking certificate, and a master’s degree.

As a father of two and a world traveler, I understand the challenges of balancing personal and professional aspirations. I firmly believe that with the right mindset around focus, perseverance, and resilience, leaders can achieve their most ambitious goals or resolve challenging situations.

Based in Switzerland, I work with clients across Switzerland and internationally.
